    Data analytics
    Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
    Education in HR background preferred.
    Excellence in English language (Written and Verbal)

    Key Accountability:
    Oracle system global implementation (data gathering, data consolidation & upload)
    Capability building sessions – managing logistics for the implementation of these sessions
    360 assessments ( liaising with regions and administrator for new requests and implementing the logistics part)
    Talent assessments – helping with logistics and potentially administration part of it any needed.
    Emerge – helping with guidebook, organising the sessions, comms creation, logistics, organising session etc
