About the job Human Workflows & UX Designer 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Design and map end-to-end user journeys for energy and electrification workflows • Simplify complex operational and financial data into intuitive dashboards and interfaces • Create seamless experiences integrating Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities • Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams in an agile environment • Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UX specifications 🔹 Requirements: ✔ 3–5+ years of UX/UI experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms ✔ Strong portfolio demonstrating workflow simplification and dashboard design ✔ Experience designing AI-driven or data-heavy user interfaces ✔ Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools ✔ Strong systems thinking and user-centered design approach ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ✔ Experience within energy, utilities, or sustainability sectors is an advantage
