Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, handling HR inquiries, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR function. Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate pre-employment screenings and background checks. Employee Onboarding: Facilitate new employee orientation programs. Prepare and process new hire paperwork, including employment contracts and benefits enrollment. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases. Update and file personnel documents, such as contracts and performance evaluations. Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries. Support benefits enrollment processes and communicate changes to the benefits administrator. Timekeeping and Attendance: Monitor and track employee attendance and leave records. Assist in the administration of time and attendance systems. HR Policies and Procedures: Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Address employee inquiries related to HR policies. Employee Relations: Assist in resolving basic employee relations issues. Escalate complex matters to HR management as needed. Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops. Assist in tracking employee training records. Communication: Communicate with employees regarding HR-related matters. Prepare HR-related communications, such as announcements or newsletters. Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Contribute to the preparation of reports for regulatory agencies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
