About the job HR Transformation Architect (Operating Model) 6-Month Contract | Global Organisation | Doha We are engaging a senior SME to lead the design and implementation of a modern HR Operating Model, aligned to the Dave Ulrich framework, across a complex global organisation. This is a hands-on transformation mandate, focused on reshaping HR into a strategic, service-oriented, and business-aligned function. Scope Design and implement an integrated HR Operating Model across: Centres of Excellence (CoEs) HR Business Partners (HRBPs) Shared Services / HR Operations Define clear role segmentation, governance, and service delivery models Establish end-to-end HR service architecture and operating rhythms What You Will Deliver Fully implemented HR Operating Model aligned to Ulrich principles Defined service catalogue, governance, and accountability frameworks Optimised interaction model between CoEs, HRBPs, and Shared Services Embedded processes, tools, and performance metrics Structured knowledge transfer to internal teams ensuring sustainability Profile 10+ years in HR transformation / operating model design and implementation Proven track record of hands-on implementation (not advisory-only roles) Experience within large, complex, multi-entity and multi-location organisations Strong expertise in Ulrich model transformation and HR service delivery design Familiarity with enterprise HR systems (experience with SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous) Ability to partner closely with internal stakeholders and embed change effectively
