Job Location: Dubai Salary: AED 5001-7000 Experience: 1 - 2 Years Job Type: Full Time Gender: Any Description: Responsibilities: · Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions. · Source potential candidates from various online channels. · Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. · Screen incoming resumes and application forms. · Interview candidates via phone calling and face to face interviews. · Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests. · Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to line managers. · Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits. · Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs. · Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard. · Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews. · Serve as contact person for questions from candidates. · Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
