Job Summary

Aura Group Qatar is seeking a talented and guest-focused Hostess for its prestigious luxury lifestyle concept, Nammos Beach Club Doha. The Hostess will be responsible for creating a memorable first impression by warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations and seating arrangements, and ensuring a seamless arrival experience that reflects the exceptional service standards of the Nammos brand.

The ideal candidate is energetic, well-presented, highly organized, and passionate about delivering world-class hospitality in a vibrant beach club environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide assistance throughout their arrival experience.
• Coordinate closely with the Restaurant Management and Service Teams to maximize seating efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate reservation records using approved reservation systems.
• Ensure the reception area is always clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
• Monitor table availability and communicate effectively with the operations team.
• Recognize and accommodate VIP guests and special occasions whenever possible.
• Uphold the luxury hospitality standards and brand image of Nammos Beach Club.
• Support special events, promotional activities, and peak operation periods as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Officer, or similar role within luxury hospitality.
• Previous experience in premium restaurants, beach clubs, fine dining venues, hotels, or lifestyle concepts is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and confident personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, Italian, or Greek are considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with reservation systems such as SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar platforms is preferred.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality certification or relevant training is an advantage.
