We are looking for a Hostess who is passionate about customer service, hospitality, and creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival.

* Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.

* Manage reservations and maintain accurate booking records.

* Organize seating arrangements to ensure smooth guest flow and efficient table turnover.

* Handle waitlists and communicate estimated waiting times professionally.

* Coordinate with the restaurant team to optimize seating and guest satisfaction.

* Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

* Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements:

* 2–3 years of experience as a Hostess in a restaurant, hospitality, or luxury environment.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Professional appearance and positive attitude.

* Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues effectively.

* Customer-focused with excellent organizational skills.
