About the job Head of Marketing - Europe (Fully Remote) - $200k-$250k Plexus have partnered with a well-backed Web3 infrastructure company supporting over $10bn worth of tokens across DAOs, treasuries, protocols, and foundations. They are looking for a Marketing Lead to own strategy and execution, working closely with the C-suite on both current and upcoming company initiatives. Responsibilities: Take ownership of the full marketing lifecycle - from strategy development to campaign execution and performance tracking. Lead go-to-market initiatives for new product launches and strategic partnerships. Drive brand presence through events marketing (IRL + URL), impactful campaigns, launches, and social media. Requirements: 5+ years of marketing experience within a B2B/B2C DeFi environment. Hands-on expertise with marketing tools (e.g. Mixpanel, GA, PostHog, HubSpot), performance marketing, and data-driven reporting.
