Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Head Chef specializing in Lebanese cuisine to lead the kitchen operations for our upcoming Lebanese restaurant under Aura Group. This is a pre‑opening role, requiring a dynamic professional who can establish kitchen standards, oversee menu development, and ensure authentic Lebanese flavors are delivered with excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the kitchen team during the pre‑opening and operational phases. Develop and execute authentic Lebanese menus with a focus on quality and consistency. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards. Oversee inventory, procurement, and cost control measures. Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards. Collaborate with management on menu innovation and seasonal offerings. Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef (or senior culinary role) specializing in Lebanese cuisine. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a pre‑opening environment. Must be currently available in Qatar with a valid NOC. Immediate availability preferred.
