About the job Job Title: GNSS Product Manager (Europe) Location: Remote (within Europe), with travel as needed About the Role We are seeking an experienced regional product manager to help expand our IoT and GNSS-based PCBA solution business in Europe. This is a customer-facing, solution-focused role for someone who understands the GNSS and it’s applications in IoT, the candidate has the ability to identify and develop opportunities across a wide range of IoT verticals. Your mission will be to expand our reach from GNSS modules to full IoT terminal/PCBA solutions in sectors such as fleet tracking, insurance telematics, micromobility, smart agriculture, industrial IoT, asset management, and consumer electronics. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Customer Engagement Identify new project opportunities and strategic partners across diverse IoT verticals, including: Telematics and fleet tracking Insurance and usage-based tracking Micromobility (e-scooters, e-bikes, delivery robots) Smart agriculture and precision farming Industrial IoT and smart logistics Asset tracking and monitoring Consumer wearables and lifestyle devices Lead early-stage discussions with customers — understanding their requirements and promoting our GNSS and PCBA solution capabilities Collaborate with regional and industry sales teams to co-develop leads and accelerate design-in cycles Solution Positioning & Architecture Understanding: Understand and explain full-stack IoT solution components, including: GNSS: Positioning, timing, multi-band (L1/L5), DR Connectivity: LTE (Cat 1, Cat M1, NB-IoT), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa Processing: MCU, MPU, sensor integration, CAN, I2C, UART, etc. Power and packaging: battery, power optimization, rugged design Identify the product gaps, customer needs, and value-added PCBA-level solution opportunities Internal Collaboration: Work closely with: GNSS Product team Regional Sales Managers and GNSS Industry Sales Managers FAEs and solution engineers for technical engagement R&D teams in HQ for roadmap alignment and custom solution inputs Pipeline & Feedback Loop: Build and manage a pipeline of active GNSS+IoT PCBA opportunities across Europe Collect and summarize market feedback, competitive insights, and customer pain points to influence product planning Ideal Candidate Profile: Must-Have Experience: 3–8 years in industrial experience on the IoT hardware, connected devices, or embedded systems business development, technical sales, or product engagement roles Familiarity with device-level IoT architecture: GNSS, wireless modules, MCU/CPU, sensors, power, antennas, PCBA design Strong coordination and communication skills to work with the customers and internal stakeholders Hands-on experience with BD and pre-sales activities: requirements gathering, solution matching, proposal drafting Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus Nice-to-Have: Experience in GNSS-related applications (e.g. navigation, timing, robotics) Background in IoT verticals such as smart agriculture, smart logistics, or wearables Familiarity with design workflows: BOM evaluation, prototyping, production planning Ability to create customer-facing materials, pitch decks, or solution briefs What We Offer The opportunity to shape the GNSS+IoT solution strategy in one of the world’s fastest-growing technology sectors Work with a global, cross-functional team spanning product, engineering, and sales Help customers build innovative IoT devices — from concept to PCBA-level delivery A flexible, remote-first role with European travel as needed Competitive compensation and growth opportunities Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted!
