On behalf of a confidential client, we are seeking an experienced Global Logistics Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end logistics activities across multiple regions. This is a full-time remote role, open to candidates based in the EMEA region. About the Role The Global Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing international logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods, cost optimization, and compliance with global trade regulations. This role requires strong leadership, cross-border logistics expertise, and the ability to manage vendors and teams in a distributed, remote environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with global freight, customs, and multi-country logistics networks. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee global logistics operations across multiple countries and regions Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business growth and operational goals Manage international transportation (air, sea, road) and freight forwarding activities Oversee customs clearance, import/export compliance, and trade documentation Optimize logistics costs, delivery timelines, and service levels Manage relationships with logistics providers, carriers, and 3PL partners Monitor logistics KPIs, performance metrics, and service level agreements Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams Identify risks and implement mitigation plans for cross-border logistics operations Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field Minimum 8–12 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, with global exposure Proven experience managing international and multi-country logistics operations Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs regulations, and trade compliance Experience working with logistics systems, ERP, and transportation management tools Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-time-zone environment Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage Work Conditions Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Remote Region: Open to candidates based in EMEA
