Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Practitioner role based in Doha, Qatar. The General Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services, including patient consultations, physical examinations, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Responsibilities include ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing appropriate treatments, and coordinating referrals to specialists when necessary. The role involves collaborating closely with dermatologists, physiotherapists, and wellness professionals to support integrated care plans and ensure continuity of care. The General Practitioner will also maintain accurate medical records, contribute to clinical protocols, participate in patient education, and support quality improvement initiatives aligned with Aionis’ data-driven and patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Clinical expertise in Medicine, with proven experience in Primary Care and Family Medicine.
• Background in Nursing or multidisciplinary care environments, with strong patient-centered communication skills.
• Experience in Training, mentoring, or educating junior staff and contributing to clinical best practices.
• Valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completed residency in Family Medicine, General Practice, or related field.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a General Practitioner (or eligibility for licensure) in Qatar.
• Experience in outpatient or clinic-based settings, ideally within wellness, preventive care, or integrative medicine.
• Comfort working with technology-driven or AI-supported clinical tools and electronic medical record systems.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a commitment to evidence-based medicine.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
