Experience & Skills: 8 years’ experience of shipping operations within a shipping/Oil/Gas Company or should have sailed as a Senior Deck or Engineering Officer; or internal transfer from marine/shipping related activities (Example: QatarEnergy Loading and Storage). Must have previous experience and understanding of ship operations including marine loading and discharging, in LNG or LPG operations. Fresh National Graduates must complete the specially structured IDP plan prior to assuming the role of the Fleet Coordination Superintendent. Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills and must be a committed team player. Proficient written and oral English language skills, able to prepare reports and give presentations. Good working understanding of Shipping Commercial documents. Thorough understanding and knowledge of Safety, Health and Environmental Standards as they relate to the Oil & Gas Industry and the Marine Environment. Experienced in Marine Incident Emergency Response desirable.
