Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within the exchange house, banking, or financial services sector and possess excellent analytical and leadership skills.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8–10 years of finance management experience, preferably in an exchange house, banking, or financial services environment
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of IAS, IFRS, and Qatar Central Bank (QCB) regulations.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, audits, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading finance transformation, process automation, and ERP/financial system implementation projects.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and risk management.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
