A leading financial institution in Qatar is seeking an accomplished Senior Executive Assistant to support its C-suite leadership. This is a role for someone who has operated at the center of an executive office, trusted with confidential matters, comfortable with senior stakeholders, and able to keep a demanding leadership agenda moving without supervision.

Job Requirement:

  • Provide high-level executive support to C-suite leadership, managing complex calendars, priorities and competing demands
  • Coordinate executive and board-level meetings end to end agendas, papers, logistics, minutes and follow-up on action items
  • Act as the first point of contact for the executive office, managing correspondence and liaising with internal leadership, regulators, board members and external partners
  • Prepare, review and refine presentations, reports, briefing notes and correspondence in both Arabic and English
  • Manage domestic and international travel, visas, itineraries and expense reporting
  • Handle highly confidential and market-sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Coordinate executive-level events, delegations and official visits
  • Track deliverables across the leadership team and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Support the day-to-day running of the executive office, including document control and record management

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in executive assistant, executive office or similar roles, with substantial time supporting C-suite or board-level executives.
  • Full professional fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior experience within financial services, banking, capital markets or a regulated environment is strongly preferred.
  • Proven discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent written communication, drafting and document preparation skills in both languages
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong organizational judgement, able to priorities independently, anticipate needs and work under pressure.
  • Polished, professional presence with senior internal and external stakeholders.
