We’re partnering with a global organisation seeking an experienced AI leader to work alongside executive stakeholders, shaping enterprise AI strategy while driving the successful delivery of high-impact AI and GenAI initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at both strategic and technical levels advising senior leadership, identifying opportunities for innovation, and overseeing implementation from concept through to business adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Identify high-value AI opportunities across business operations and customer-facing functions.
• Develop AI roadmaps, business cases and implementation plans aligned with organisational objectives.
• Partner with executive leadership to define and execute AI transformation strategies.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, from discovery and solution design through to deployment and adoption.
• Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution and measurable business outcomes.
• Promote AI governance, best practices and sustainable capability across the organisation.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years’ experience within AI, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Technology or Management Consulting.
• A proven track record of advising C-suite and senior executives on AI strategy, technology investment and business transformation.
• Recent hands-on experience delivering AI, Generative AI, Analytics or Intelligent Automation initiatives that have delivered measurable commercial or operational value.
• Experience owning the full lifecycle of transformation programmes—from identifying opportunities and defining strategy through to roadmap development, implementation and business adoption.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI technologies including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents and Copilot solutions.
• Experience working with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or NVIDIA AI technologies.
• Public sector or government transformation experience.
• Arabic speaker, preferred
