The Role Job Description As an Events Coordinator, you will be the key liaison between our clients and the internal team, ensuring smooth and successful event execution from concept to completion. You’ll manage logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination while maintaining a keen eye for detail and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and execution Reports Directly to Sales and Events Manager Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements Develop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and suppliers Conduct site visits and supervise event set-up and breakdown Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution Prepare post-event reports and client feedback summaries Stay updated with industry trends and creative event concepts Ideal Profile Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field Proven experience as an Events Coordinator or similar role (2+ years preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus A creative mindset with attention to detail Female Arabic Speaker Preferred Must be residing in Doha, Qatar - Can Join Immediately with Available NOC and Valid QID.
