About the job Bureau Veritas International Doha is seeking an Environmental Specialist to manage and deliver environmental consulting projects across the Oil & Gas, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. The role involves leading EIAs, environmental permitting, air/noise/odour modelling, emission calculations, environmental monitoring, and development of environmental management plans (DEMP/CEMP/OEMP). The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven project execution capability, and experience coordinating with clients and regulatory authorities. Requirements Degree in Environmental Engineering/Science (master’s preferred) or any relevant discipline 5–7 years’ experience in environmental consultancy preferably in Qatar/ Middle East Strong knowledge of EIA, permitting, and international standards (IFC/USEPA/EU/WHO) Experience in environmental modelling (preferred) and environmental management planning Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills
