Conducting presentations on proposed solutions and new technologies to sales team and customers Understanding customers’ technical requirements and providing high quality proposal. Managing new enterprise products development and supporting EBU products team during products GTM. Preparing win/loss analysis for proposals/bids/tenders submitted to facilitate continuous improvement of services designed Providing support to enterprise delivery team in implementations and supporting post-sales technical queries Negotiating with suppliers or other related third parties Supporting sales and marketing with the necessary knowledge and technical expertise Manages, coordinates and fosters working relationship within internal organization and third parties Oversee future service development, orchestrate and project manage as needed.
