Design & Project Coordinator – Interior design & Fitout

WE ARE HIRING!DESIGN & PROJECT COORDINATOR (INTERIOR DESIGN & FIT-OUT)

We are looking for a motivated and creative professional to represent our company, build strong client relationships and manage projects from concept to completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet clients, understand their requirements and provide professional consultancy.
• Prepare mood boards, concept designs, and presentations.
• Coordinate with the design team and develop proposals.
• Take off quantities, prepare BOQs and price projects.
• Select materials, finishes, fixtures and furnishings.
• Coordinate shop drawings and technical submittals with consultants and site team.
• Follow up on execution, site visits and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors.
• Support business development and contribute to company growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior design / fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, cost estimation and material selection.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Driving License is a MUST.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
