Deputy Production Manager

🚀 We’re Hiring: Production Manager 📍 Mesaieed, Qatar Are you an experienced Production Leader from the cable manufacturing industry ready to take on a high-impact role? We are looking for a Production Manager to lead our plant operations and drive performance, safety, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will: ✔ Lead a team of Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, and Machine Operators ✔ Drive productivity while reducing scrap and rework ✔ Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance ✔ Coordinate with Supply Chain, QC, and Maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations ✔ Promote Lean practices and continuous improvement across the production floor 🔎 What we’re looking for: 15–20 years of experience in plant operations within the cable manufacturing industry Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Strong knowledge of wire drawing and stranding machines Proven leadership and team development skills Lean manufacturing knowledge (NEW L2 minimum; L3 preferred) This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving operational excellence and achieving ambitious production targets in a dynamic industrial environment. 📩 If you’re ready to lead and make an impact, apply now or reach out to learn
