Work with Leadership, Inventory, Supply Chain and Category team in Demand planning operations.
Manage SAP IBP tool for forecasting and ensure business inputs are updated.
Maintain and monitor SAP IBP with collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment approach.
Challenge the forecasts from the sales teams and the usual runs (historical data, seasonality, market trends, special offers, budgets…) with relevant data analysis.
Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
Identify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
Prerequisites for New product introduction and substitution are maintained and ensure demand forecast is developed.
Manage Purchase request dashboards with internal stakeholders.
Schedule forecast accuracy review meetings with management on regular basis.
Monitor trends in forecast error, maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy.
Tune the forecasts and inventory rules according to the demand and market trends.
Provide input to volume planning ( Latest Estimates / annual process)
Facilitate and manage demand planning/customer meetings
Achieve consensus with the business side and the demand chain
Develop routine and ad-hoc demand related reports for management
Update forecasts for new products, seasonal products, discounts, promotions.
Review sales loss & ABC Segmentation.
Coordinate with inventory team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
ACTIVITY AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:
Analyze quantity and financial forecasts.
Define and monitor KPI and objectives, and draw corrective action plans to enhance processes, methods and tools
Lead cross functional planning process with Business stakeholders (Store operation, Supply chain, Category/ Merchandise, Finance and Marketing Team ) in order to optimize company’s strategic goals.
Ensure master data availability and accuracy to support business processes and data analysis.
Drive convergences and divergences versus the Business Plan
Experience (Yrs & Field): •Min. 8 years’ experience in related field preferably in fashion/ consumer, Electronics, FMCG industry
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Certifications: Knowledge of ERP system – SAP / others, MS Excel

Proven achievements in Supply Chain transformations
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities with financial acumen
