Key job responsibilities: - Help lead daily operational security as part of a security operations team across multiple facilities - Drive security awareness campaigns aimed at enhancing security vigilance and effectiveness - Experience with workflow ticketing and extraction development of performance metrics - Lead security investigations across campus facilities - Oversee physical security vendors that provide guards, electronic security systems, door construction/repair, fencing, and access controls - Distill overarching security strategy into daily tactics to reach management goals - Oversee security construction projects - Provide security awareness training to data center personnel - As this is a GovCloud region, the selected candidate requires US Citizenship or equivalent status - May be tasked with working different work shifts consisting of Day, Mid or Evening/Overnight shifts. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience overseeing security operations - Experience Project Management experience - Experience with Microsoft Office tools - Experience in working with security vendors and contractors - Experience creating process improvement procedure - UAE National with family book PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Associates degree or higher and/or equivalent professional experience in corporate or government security environment - 2+ years of experience with excellent verbal and written communications skills in a professional work setting - 2+ years of experience writing detailed reports - 2+ years of overseeing security vendors that provide guards and electronic security systems - 2+ years of experience creating and implementing emergency planning programs, physical security countermeasures - 2+ years of root-cause analysis experience - 2+ years of experience creating and implementing emergency planning programs and physical security countermeasures - Familiarity with security program automation and implementation - Familiarity with various Access/Intrusion Control Systems - Ability to interpret program objectives, develop project schedules and manage adherence to established timetables - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals regarding physical security standards and system designs
