    Job Description:
    To plan and install the solutions as per the scope of Work
    Providing hardware and software support for all the customers
    Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks devices
    To generate more business from the customer
    Hands on experience with Security, Networking , server and storage
    To be available and responsible for any issues at customer site related to the solution
    To make the customer satisfied and make sure for the repeat business
    Commercial Awareness and negotiation skills
    Strong Problem Solving and Decision Making skills
    Strong Project Management skills

    Experience (Yrs& Field) : 8-10Years UAE experience
    Educational Qualification: Diploma /BE, Should have valid UAE DL
    Professional Certifications: Cisco ,HP, Fortinet, Sonicwall, MS, Azure etc.

    Skills & Abilities:
    Virtualizations: Hyper V and VMWare, MS Cloud Technologies: Office 365 ,Azure, SharePoint, Active directory, Backup and recovery : Acronis and Veeam Backup, Mail solutions: MS Exchange and Office 365, Security Solution: Sonicwall , Cisco & Fortinet, WiFi Solutions : Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, TPLINK, Firewall solution : Fortigate.
