About the job About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support our day-to-day insurance operations. This is a client-facing role focused on documentation, follow-up, and coordination with both internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred due to the nature of client and regulatory communications. Key Responsibilities: Handle client inquiries and follow-ups via email, phone, and messaging platforms Collect, verify, and organize documentation required for insurance processing Coordinate with internal staff and external partners to ensure timely completion of tasks Prepare and maintain accurate records of issued documentation and client files Support basic administrative duties related to insurance service workflows Assist in tracking renewals, endorsements, and other service-related activities Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in customer service, administration, or insurance operations Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred High attention to detail and comfort working with structured processes Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
