This in-house role is crucial for showcasing the hotel's luxury amenities, services, and guest experiences for use across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities · Personally plan, organize, and execute all photoshoots and video productions of the hotel's facilities, including restaurants, suites, the spa, pools, and private beach. · Document hotel events, promotional campaigns, and special occasions to create compelling visual narratives. · Capture high-quality images of culinary dishes, cocktails, and dining ambiance to highlight the hotel's unique food and beverage offerings. · Manage all technical aspects of photo and video production, including lighting, sound, and on-site direction. · Edit and retouch all visual content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with the Kempinski brand guidelines. · Maintain and organize a comprehensive digital archive of all visual assets for future use. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise · Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio, preferably in the hospitality or luxury brand sector. · Expert proficiency in professional camera equipment and a deep understanding of lighting and composition. · Mastery of editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro. · Excellent creative and visual storytelling abilities. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
