About the job Position: Canva User/Specialist Type: Contract Compensation: $20 - $70/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Utilize Canva extensively to create, edit, and manage a variety of design assets for AI training purposes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, brand-consistent assets. Document design processes and decisions clearly to support effective AI training and data annotation. Provide constructive feedback on Canva workflows and usability to enhance team effectiveness. Maintain organized repositories of creative materials and ensure proper version control for all design files. Communicate clearly and promptly via written and verbal channels to ensure project goals and updates are understood by stakeholders. Requirements Have a minimum of of hands-on experience using Canva at a user level. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrate the ability to follow guidelines and instructions precisely while maintaining creativity. Be familiar with collaborative online tools and remote working best practices.
