Job overview:
Ensure business growth opportunities are timely identified and followed up with strategic initiatives in relation to Corporates. Your role is to manage the planning, execution and success of project alliances. This position prepares market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities. He/she will analyse customer base and current strategies and identify opportunities to increase efficiency, profitability and overall success of the Projects. You must search for synergies and explore achievements that are possible at the corporate level through cross-unit activity and the development of entirely new business growth opportunities.
(Some of) What you will be doing:
- Pick, Pack, Process Customer Orders as received via the Shopper App or Order Manager dashboard
- Reviewing of orders vs products available and out calling customers if required- to suggest alternative products
- Goods receiving, replenishment, updating stocks & conducting expiry checks Assisting in product cycle counts-
- Stock inventory Assisting in Purchases / Procurement
- Set priorities that accurately reflect the importance of job responsibilities
- Be aware of quality and service benchmarks to achieve operational efficiency
- Coordinate well with support teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?
- Minimum high school diploma; a certificate or diploma in Retail or Business Management is a plus.
- 1-3 years experience in supermarket
- Good organizational skills with the ability to support team activities.
- Understanding of supermarket operations, stock management, and merchandising.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience using POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions and reporting.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems).
