About the job We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support compliance reviews across key business functions. The role focuses on analyzing end-to-end processes within SAP, ensuring alignment with internal policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Identify and assess compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Conduct functional reviews across Supply Chain, Finance, HR & Payroll, Commercial, and Cost Control Investigate compliance issues, irregularities, and violations Communicate findings and ensure implementation of corrective actions Maintain tracking tools to ensure complete audit trails Recommend process improvements based on compliance reviews Ensure proper documentation and record management Monitor compliance performance through monthly scorecards Support compliance training initiatives Review policies and recommend improvements to address compliance gaps Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards Requirements Minimum 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in compliance, risk, or audit Strong knowledge across: Supply Chain, Procurement, and Vendor Management Finance, Accounting, and Cost Control processes HR & Payroll compliance Experience with SAP (ERP systems) is mandatory Understanding of risk and compliance frameworks Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills GCC experience is an advantage Education Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Logistics (preferred) Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
