Train and mentor junior staff members to uphold service excellence. What you need: Proven experience as a Waitress/ Waitresses or similar role in a high-end restaurant. Strong knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Fluent in English; knowledge of French is an advantage. Professional appearance and demeanour. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
