Location: MENA region | Fully remote Role Overview We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist with deep experience in centralized exchanges (CEX). You’ll leverage your strong KOL, influencer, and community network in the MENA region to accelerate user acquisition, drive trading volume, and strengthen CoinW’s market presence. Key Responsibilities Build, expand, and manage partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and crypto communities across MENA (with a strong focus on Dubai). Onboard new KOLs efficiently with a focus on fast acquisition and activation. Track and optimize performance of KOL contributions across key growth metrics: trading volume, DAU, FTT, and new user registrations. Deliver immediate results through your existing network of KOLs, communities, and trading groups. Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to execute campaigns and onboarding plans. Define, implement, and refine user growth strategies tailored to MENA markets. Represent CoinW at regional crypto events, both online and offline. Provide clear evidence of prior impact (volume growth, user acquisition, DAU, etc.). Qualifications Proven business development experience in the crypto industry, ideally with a CEX. Strong network of MENA-based KOLs, influencers, and community leaders. Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable growth across trading volume, DAU, FTT, and user registrations. Fluency in Arabic (native/near-native) with good English proficiency. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Traits Strong existing community or social media following. Hands-on experience managing or engaging with MENA crypto communities. Knowledge of influencer fee structures and strong negotiation skills.
