About the job Job Purpose: Responsible for the end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services in support of EPC project execution. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant purchasing aligned with project specifications, company procedures, and client requirements. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field 5-10 years of procurement experience in Oil & Gas EPC or similar heavy industry Strong knowledge of EPC procurement processes and material categories Experience handling materials and/or services/subcontracts procurement Experience in large-scale EPC projects (onshore/offshore) Knowledge of regional and international supplier markets Familiarity with Incoterms, logistics, and import/export regulations Skills & Abilities: Strong negotiation and commercial acumen Familiarity with international standards (API, ASTM, ISO, etc.) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
