Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Butcher based in Bucharest, Romania. As a Butcher, the selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and processing a variety of meats, including poultry, seafood, and other meat products according to quality and safety standards. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring products are properly labeled and displayed, and providing excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and assisting with their needs. Qualifications Proficiency in butchery, including cutting, deboning, and portioning various types of meat Experience with poultry, seafood, and meat processing techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist customers and answer inquiries effectively Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace Prior experience in a butchery or similar role is an advantage Willingness to work on-site and comply with local health and safety regulations
