What you’ll do: ● Ensure best in class customer experience through compelling category assortment, strong site merchandising, world-class PDP’s, inspiring content, and excellent knowledge of consumer journeys for your category. ● Ensure Category growth through expanding Assortment, price leadership, Key partnerships, on-time launches and Category Monetization ● Identify, negotiate, and onboard partners/sellers that add value to the overall category offering ● Manage key partnerships & ensure they grow month-on-month by addressing gaps in their listing, price disparities against offline/online competition & healthy inventory cover ● Inventory planning & management to ensure availability of top products & brands at all times ● Build alternative revenue streams through multiple avenues from sellers & brands -onsite brand marketing, brand ads , innovative digital campaigns , co-marketing campaigns etc. ● Establish and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with internal and external business partners to drive best shopping experience What you’ll need: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar fiel ● 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role ● Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level ● Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail ● Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities ● Strong verbal and written communication skills ● Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to use data and analysis to make recommendations and drive decisions
