Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers professionally, identifying needs and providing tailored beauty solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, Haircare/skincare applications, and educate customers on usage.
- Drive sales performance and achieve set targets.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and represent the brand image consistently.
- Support merchandising and ensure displays align with brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with replenishment, and maintain counter/tester hygiene.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-up and CRM tools.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalism, escalating when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in retail, beauty, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong passion for beauty, cosmetics, and skincare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, sales-oriented mindset.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Flexible availability (shifts, weekends, holidays).
