About the Role

Nammos Beach Club is seeking experienced and passionate Bartenders with a strong background in luxury hospitality, high-end beach clubs, fine dining venues, or premium lifestyle destinations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of beverages, spirits, wines, and cocktails, with the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with brand standards.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails.
• Recommend beverages, cocktails, wines, and spirits based on guest preferences.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and guest engagement.
• Ensure accuracy in drink preparation, recipe adherence, and portion control.
• Monitor bar inventory and assist with stock control and requisitions.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area at all times.
• Ensure compliance with local alcohol service regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with service teams to deliver an exceptional luxury guest experience.
• Keep up to date with beverage trends, premium spirits, and mixology techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Bartender in a luxury beach club, fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, upscale lounge, or premium hospitality concept.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, champagnes, premium beverages, and cocktail preparation.
• Proven ability to prepare classic and technical cocktails to high standards.
• Experience working in high-volume luxury hospitality environments.
• Excellent communication and guest-facing skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• International hospitality experience is an advantage.
