Banking Technical Analyst

About the Role

Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Banking Technical Analyst with strong Compliance and Core Banking systems experience. The role involves gathering and analyzing business and regulatory requirements, supporting compliance initiatives, and translating complex banking needs into effective system solutions. The candidate will work closely with Compliance, Risk, IT, and Business teams to enhance banking operations and ensure regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, IT, and Business teams to ensure regulatory alignment
• Support compliance initiatives including AML, KYC, and regulatory reporting
• Ensure banking systems and processes comply with regulatory and audit standards
• Translate complex business needs into functional solutions
• Support implementation, enhancement, and integration of Core Banking and Compliance systems
• Participate in system testing including SIT and UAT
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), and process documentation

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking sector
• Mandatory Compliance experience (AML, KYC, Regulatory Reporting, Audit, Risk)
• Strong experience with Core Banking Systems: T24, Prime, FIS, CORTEX, or similar
• Strong understanding of banking products and operations
• Experience in regulatory projects and compliance implementation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
