Key job responsibilities: • Drive visibility to Amazon Warehouse items through working with Marketing teams on launching marketing campaigns. • Manage the inventory health for Amazon Warehouse and collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained • Overseeing operations performance in Amazon Warehouse grading including the various sources of inflow to Amazon Warehouse (Returns, RVRs, etc.) • Partner with product teams on the launch of new features/categories in Amazon Warehouse. • Deep dive into pricing factors and collaborate with World-wide pricing teams to resolve pricing/listing errors. • Manage internal communication, and report on full set of business KPIs in weekly / monthly reviews with strong business writing capabilities BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree - 4+ years of operational and/or retail management experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech teams - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - 2+ years of merchandising experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
