Support the social, emotional, and academic development of students. Supervise and engage students during classroom activities, recess, and field trips. Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students as needed. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Collaborate with lead teachers and other staff members to assess student progress and address individual learning needs. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior. Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred. Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting is a plus. Passion for working with children and supporting their educational development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
