Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to provide excellent service and achieve performance goals. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food and beverage costs. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
