• Milaha Operational Managers /Vessel officers and crew/ Fleet Managers & Superintendents Vessel officers and crew

Purpose:

• To report the implementation effectiveness of HSEQ strategy, HSEQ performance outputs,
• HSEQ-related risk, compliance/ non-conformance, incidents outcomes, and investigation findings
• To direct crew and vessel’s management response to ensure effective implementation of HSEQ strategy, attain HSEQ performance requirements, mitigate HSEQ-related risk, achieve regulatory and obligation compliance, assure critical event response, and implement incident investigation corrective actions.

External Communication:

• Clients
• Contractors

Purpose:

• Primary point of contact for functional subject matter expertise communication
• Provide operational interface, enabling regulatory compliance and alignment of contractor management with Milaha HSEQ strategy and implementation

Occupational Health & Safety and Environment

Accountability:

Are accountable for their acts and omissions.

Responsibility:

To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents, and near misses.

Authority:

To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.
