What will you do: Maintaining a facility tracker, with all the relevant information, including the lease start and end date Monitoring and supporting the renewal of facilities Ensuring all facilities have the relevant country-specific licenses to operate by engaging with relevant departments within Noon Ensure upkeep of all facilities and monitoring, the attendance and performance of housekeeping staff Support the country operations team with expansion, of stores by scouting and finalizing new facilities as per the plan Monitoring of facility management requests and engaging with relevant departments to get the work done Liaise with Finance team to get the facility insurance details updated Perform facility inspection and report on conditions affecting the operation Ensure all works comply with safety procedures and requirements Review and confirm the BoQ and scope of works needed for the requirements and projects raised Develop and implement PM plan to ensure the proper functioning of all assets and equipment Planning and management of assets including asset register allocation and distribution What do you need: Min 2-4 years of experience in Facility management for retail outlets or warehouses Bachelor's or Master's in technical field Valid country-specific driving license Good communication and writing skills in English. Arabic is preferred.
