Art Teacher

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Art Teacher, located in Doha, Qatar. The Art Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering creative art lessons to students, aligning them with the curriculum while fostering a passion for art and visual expression. Daily tasks include lesson planning, conducting engaging art classes, integrating painting and other art techniques, and providing constructive feedback to students. The role also involves contributing to curriculum development and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.

Qualifications

• Skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to effectively design and implement structured, engaging art lessons.
• Proficiency in Teaching and Art Education, with the ability to inspire and manage students across various age groups.
• Experience and expertise in Painting and related artistic techniques to foster hands-on creativity.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills to create a positive and productive learning environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field; teaching certification is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience as an Art Teacher or in a similar role is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with American curriculum standards is an advantage.
