We are looking for experienced recruiters in Africa and Asia who want to work on these roles as a side hustle. This is a 100% commission-based partnership. You work when you want, alongside your current job, and get paid for every successful hire you bring to us. Why partner with us? High Fees: Commissions typically range from €300 to €2,000 per placement, depending on the role. One hire in Europe can equal several months of local salary. You already have your own sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, etc.). Your English is excellent (written and spoken).
