    Job Description:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Clerk. The Administrative Clerk will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations and maintaining efficient administrative processes.     Responsibilities:
    Provide general administrative support to the office
    Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
    Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
    Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
    Maintain office supplies and coordinate inventory
    Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    Assist in coordinating meetings and events
    Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
    Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

    Requirements:
    Proven experience as an Administrative Clerk or in a similar role
    Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    Proficient in using office software and equipment
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
    High school diploma or equivalent
