Key Accountabilities: To execute the Client Strategy focused on Trade retention. To assist management in generating & driving logistics and forwarding revenue contribution from Key Clients to DP World Logistics. Drive key client growth plans to pursue opportunities and ensuring a healthy pipeline to deliver revenue & volume targets Provide support to the Key Client management in Owning the Tender and Contract procedures for the key clients. Provide support in Monitoring key clients performance as per contracts/nominations/commitments including outstandings accounts receivables and proactively address business variations. To provide inputs on volumes, revenue budgets & forecasts as required by Marketing / Management. CRM Management - provision of timely and high-quality data input bringing visibility on client profiles, meetings, discussions, opportunities and business closures. Qualification, Experience and Skills: Essential Qualification: University Graduate/bachelor's in business administration Desirable Qualification: Master's in business administration Work Experience: More than 5 years of sales and marketing experience in logistics/Freight Forwarding Technical skills required to perform the role: Market Awareness In depth knowledge of Traders Negotiation Skills Business Knowledge – Freight Forwarding/Logistics
