Position: Assistant Librarian – Arabic Cataloging
Job Location: Dubai
Qualification:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science (B.L.I.S. or comparable) from a recognized institution with 5-7 years’ experience.
Thorough knowledge of AACR cataloguing and DDC classification rules (both English and Arabic), using OCLC FAST/LCSHs.
Experience using computers, LMS, and library databases preferred.
Fluency in written and spoken English & Arabic language.
Must be adaptable to changing working hours and extended time (including weekends).
Preference will be given to male candidates.
Position: Assistant or Associate or Full Professor in Architecture at College of Architecture & Design
Job Location: Dubai
Qualification:
Ph.D. in Architecture from an accredited and reputable university.
Ability to teach, a wide range of Architecture courses such as history of Architecture, Building information management, along with Studio courses.
Knowledge of computer software should include Auto CAD, REVIT, 3Dmax and/or Sketchup, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Knowledge of other software would be desirable.
