Key Result Responsibilities: Recommends & implements HR solutions to ensure Air Arabia Group is current with HR practices, job design, benefits & pay schemes, rewards & recognition programs etc, in line with overall business strategy and ensuring compensation and benefits programs are compliant with relevant regulations. Reviews market data & conduct benchmark studies to determine the competitiveness of an organization's compensation and benefits packages. Collaborates with Hub HR teams for analysing salary data and benefits trends to ensure that the organization's offerings are competitive and attractive to employees. Recommends and implements reward & recognitions strategies’/ schemes working in collaboration with Hub HR teams and Department Head to meet the business needs. Prepare, analyze and present appropriate data for overall reward & recognition strategies, and revision of programs and plans. Analyse existing incentive schemes to ensure its effectiveness in driving organisation goals and suggest changes/ improvements to management. Responsible for implementing and maintaining the systems and processes for the job creation, job evaluation, grading, organizational structure design and related organizational change. Reviews and maintains updated job description library in line with business re-structuring and related changes. Conduct related analysis of performance & market data and actively participates in annual increment and bonus exercises. Prepares and analyses HR metrics and presents to management with suitable recommendations. Provides required support in the annual budgeting and costing exercises. Communicate with employees about their compensation and benefits packages, answering questions and providing guidance as needed. Engages with HR team to constantly enhance and enforce HR Policies and procedures across Air Arabia Group and provides guidance and advice to Line Mangers on the same. Designs, develops, delivers specific workshops and training initiatives across the hubs related to Organizational Development and HR general functions as and when required. Perform all HR system related activities as required. Contributes to HR Projects as required. Profile description: Qualifications (Academic, training, languages) Bachelor’s degree in HR or Human Sciences/ Management or equivalent from a recognized university. MBA or Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) qualification or HR Professional qualifications and certificates are an advantage. Working knowledge and experience of implementing Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology HRIS systems such as ERP, Oracle enterprises, SAP, and similar certificates are considered a plus. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills: business writing, presentations, public speaking, reporting, etc. Work Experience: 3+ years' experience in areas of rewards & recognition, compensation & benefits, preferably in the aviation or hospitality industry with overall 5+ years of experience in human resources. In-depth experience in the various HR functions and their corresponding processes is a pre-requisite. Experience in analyzing performance related data and implementing suitable rewards & recognition schemes. Good analytical and time-management skills Cost-oriented, possesses effective influential, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills. Employs interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to achieve desired results. Proven skills in working with data, records and resources with high efficiency. Demonstrates trust, confidentiality and integrity in driving compliance of the company with set measures.
